Orders can only be canceled by calling our customer service number and cannot be canceled from the website or Live Chats. We ship your orders as soon as possible so we can not guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or canceled once the order has been placed. All shipping errors on order must be informed by calling Natural Med Store customer services number +1 (650) 7411 897 within 48 hours If you do not report errors within the 48 hours company not be responsible for shipping errors.
Authorization must be received from customer service prior to the return of any product and can be requested for 30 days from delivery of the product. Product must be unopened and unused for full credit. The customer will receive a refund for the cost of the product on the same card used on the order on Natural Med Store website upon our receipt of the returned product. which will reflect on your card statement in 3 business days or more depending on your bank’s policies regarding refunds. The initial cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility to pay and is not refundable.
Natural Med Store ensures that all orders are shipped with the correct product and arrive in the best condition possible. Any issues must be reported with 48 hours of receipt of the product or order issues may not be covered. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your product or receive the incorrect product, please contact customer service for assistance. The product must be unused/unopened and opening or using damaged or incorrect product will be considered acceptance of the product received. Please have your invoice available as we may require information from the invoice itself.
